Fitness Studio Raises the "Barre"

New Fitness Studio Raises the ‘Barre’

It’s time to get your body ready for the summer months in the case the sun decides to stick around. A new fitness studio, named Pure Barre, has just opened its doors right over the West Seattle bridge. Pure Barre combines elements of ballet, pilates and yoga to focus on what many people consider “trouble spots” on our bodies. Just as dancers practice concentrated movements that function as deep sculpting tools to create long, lean muscle, Pure Barre’s technique involves using small isometric movements to strengthen and tone. Their classes, lasting 55 minutes, are set to great music, fast-paced and fun.

As a special offer to the Concierge Guild of Seattle, Pure Barre is offering your first class FREE just by mentioning you read about them on this blog! Visit www.purebarre.com for a class schedule.

2414 SW Andover St. #205 Seattle, 98106 | 206-935-PURE (7873) | www.purebarre.com
