Sullivan's Steakhouse Opens on June 19th!

Sullivan's Steakhouse at Sixth and Union (621 Union) brings impeccable service, unparalleled hospitality and local passion. Door Opens June 19th!

Our Seattle menus use many regional sources, including Penn Cove and other local shellfish, local artisan bread, local Washington potatoes, field berries, stone fruit, locally foraged mushrooms and more. Love Washington and Northwest wine? Of the more than 400 selections, nearly 150 wines are from our own back yard.

Sullivan's Steakhouse offer Midwestern, corn-fed, U.S.D.A. high-choice beef aged a minimum of 31 days. Always hand-selected, Sullivan's hand-cut steaks are simply seasoned and broiled at 1,200 degrees for the perfect flavor. You'll also find veal, pork, lamb, and chicken entrees, classic appetizers, hand-made soups, salads, sides, and house-made desserts from scratch. Power Lunch (starting June 28) features fresh salads, artisan sandwiches, and fresh seafood. You'll always find a great happy hour and live music in the evenings, so join us!
