SEATTLE—August 18, 2010—Seattleites love their food and wine, whether that means creating a fabulous meal at home, dining at a farmstead restaurant, finding that one-of-a-kind cooking gadget or learning a new culinary technique. Come Nov. 20 and 21, a unique celebration of food and the culinary arts will unveil at Key Arena in Seattle Center. Open wide for the new Seattle Food and Culinary Arts Show, a showcase of food, beverage, people, retailers, restaurants and tools of the trade. Celebrity chef, entertainment expert and bar chef Kathy Casey will emcee at the event’s Culinarium.

The Seattle Food Show fills a niche unlike other annual local “foodie” gatherings: admission is priced at a fraction of most planned food exhibits ($20 in advance); the quality of exhibitors are highly artisanal and local; the show has an accessible location with ample parking; and it will take place just before the Thanksgiving holiday.
